At People’s Arc, investing in our leaders is directly tied to our core values and the long-term success of our agency. We are thrilled to celebrate the graduation of our very first Crestcom leadership training cohort, which comprised of a dedicated group of 16 staff members, primarily Vice Presidents and Directors selected by their supervisors, who completed this comprehensive professional development journey.
To ensure the material was manageable alongside the demanding, day-to-day work of supporting our community, we adapted Crestcom’s traditional 12-month model (two topics per month) into a tailored 24-month program focused on one deep-dive topic each month. Over the course of two years, our leaders strengthened essential skills in key operational areas:

Leading through change with clarity and empathy
This format created an invaluable monthly space for cross-departmental collaboration, growth, and candid discussion. Participants brought real-world business challenges to the table, using the tools and materials presented in each session to brainstorm strategies for moving People’s Arc forward.
A very special thank you goes to our facilitator, Michele Rebetti, who was instrumental in making this inaugural program such a resounding success. Michele is a fantastic, engaging, and dynamic presenter who truly invested in understanding our agency. As she got to know People’s Arc, she seamlessly tailored every concept to the exact scenarios and daily realities our leaders face, making every session practical and impactful.
While four of our 16 graduates were unable to attend the ceremony, we were proud to present our attending leaders with their completion plaques during a celebratory gathering.
The end of this first cohort is only the beginning. Building on this momentum, we are excited to continue the Crestcom program with our next group of leaders, as well as those team members who joined the journey mid-course.
