Community Habilitation is a Medicaid-funded program operated under OPWDD to provide one-to-one training to people with (IDD) intellectual/developmental disabilities to develop or enhance the skills needed to live more independently in their homes or in the community.

ComHab
ComHab–R offers personalized one-to-one or small group support for individuals living in certified residential settings like IRAs or Family Care.
Services are designed for those 65+ seeking retirement from day programs or those with complex needs. Support focuses on daily living skills, social engagement, personal goals, and community inclusion, all delivered by trained, compassionate staff centered on each person’s choices and strengths.
