As the season of giving draws near, the spirit of compassion and community fills every corner of People’s Arc of Suffolk. We are dedicated to being the trusted home for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, a place where inclusion, belonging, and opportunity flourish.
Each day, our mission comes to life through the people we support and the partnerships that strengthen our work. Together, we are building a movement that celebrates ability, nurtures connection, and opens doors for everyone to live life to its fullest.
This year, our shared efforts were recognized in remarkable ways. We were honored to receive the HIA LI 2025 Business Achievement Award in the Non Profit Category, a moment made truly special when our self advocates accepted it on stage, embodying the heart and purpose of our work. We gathered in celebration at our Annual Candlelight Ball, enjoyed the joy and camaraderie of our second Annual Employee Fall Festival, and proudly watched 20 new leaders graduate from the inaugural SANYS University program. Each graduate now carries forward our shared mission of inclusion, advocacy, and empowerment.
As the year comes to a close, I invite you to continue walking beside us on this meaningful journey. Your generosity sustains the programs, services, and opportunities that create lasting impact for the people and families we serve.
