Celebrating Spirit Week & Our 2nd Annual Employee Fall Festival

Last week, our agency came alive with energy, creativity, and community spirit during Spirit Week! Each day brought unique opportunities for our team to showcase their personality and celebrate together. The week concluded with a highlight we’ve all been looking forward to—our 2nd Annual Employee Fall Festival.

The Fall Festival was truly a celebration of togetherness. From lawn games, line dancing, and inflatables to axe throwing, face painting, live music, and mini golf, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Families joined in, laughter filled the air, and the sense of connection was stronger than ever. And of course, no festival is complete without food—our afternoon was filled with delicious bites and sweet treats, keeping the fun going all day long.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible community partners and vendors who made the day possible: Franks A Lot, Magical Productions, Olish Farms, Kona Ice, Hart to Hart, Long Island Pony Parties, Country City, Urban Sounds, Ace Canvas & Tent, and Lakeland Fire Department. Your support ensures our events continue to grow and bring joy to our employees and their families.

A special shout-out goes to our Leadership Team for their ongoing support, our volunteers for lending a hand in making everything run smoothly, and our Buildings & Grounds team for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Most importantly, thank you to our Employee Appreciation Committee. Your dedication, creativity, and commitment to celebrating our employees shines brighter each year. The Fall Festival is proof of how your hard work continues to elevate the spirit of our organization.

If you enjoyed this event and want to help shape the next one, consider joining the Employee Appreciation Committee—it’s a fantastic way to collaborate, bring new ideas, and create lasting memories for our team.

Here’s to carrying this spirit of celebration and community with us through the rest of the year!
